If you ever wanted to commission a fantasy artist to draw something from your imagination, but couldn't bite the bullet at a big price like $1,000.00.  I offer affordable commission fantasy art for as low as $50.00, or if you are looking for reasonable large art for under $2,000.00, I offer larger paintings starting at $800.00.

Things you need to know first about me and my art. Check through my site and be aware of my style. I do light fantasy and Christian fantasy. Sorry, I can't and won't paint something that is not my style or that promotes hate. If you are not sure, if I will do it or not, please e-mail. If it's something against my beliefs of value, I'll suggest alternative options for the piece and try my best to handle the matter in a professional delicate manner. I do not draw/paint realistic portrait type art. I typically paint fantasy woman such as angels or mermaids. I'm do not limit myself to those two subjects, so if you want something like a beastgirl, fairy, unicorn, etc. I can do that as well. I like the freedom of making up my own characters. You are welcome to choose colors for the painting, as well as the other details such as skin color, hair color, and hair type. Please understand that I limit the amount of characters in smaller pieces. It is harder to fit more than one character into a small space. I will do objects, scenery, animals, etc with character(s) If you need help deciding what to put in your painting I often help customers, by making suggestions or doing small rough sketches free of charge. Depending on the size and what is in the painting, paintings can take me anywhere from a few days for small art, a few weeks for medium size art, to a few months for larger size art. Please understand I am a wife to a hard working coal miner and a mother of a two year old daughter and a eight year old son. So drawing/painting time is planned accordingly to there schedule.

Here's a list of materials I use to complete the commission. For surface material I use acid-free 100% cotton Stonehenge paper. It's a thick professional grade artist paper. My main medium is professional grade colored pencils called Prismacolor. Secondary mediums I used in the paintings are professional grade acrylics and watercolors.

I pack all paintings carefully and I try to recycle what materials I'm able too. I usually use one or more of the following for packing the painting; backing, foam core board, bubble wrap, foam wrap, envelopes and boxes. All paintings come in a acid-free plastic sleeve, unmated and unframed. When shipped out, I purchase insurance on all commission work.

Payment will be in full before I start. Sorry there are no refunds on commission work, because I'm just trying to cover cost of materials and time. All artwork comes unmated and unframed. Sorry, I do not  offer matting and framing services. E-mail your inquiry to hedurr @ ymail dot com

• 11"x14" = $175.00 (three character limit)
• 12"x16" = $225.00 (four character limit)
• 16"x20" = $800.00 (ask first for character limit)
• 22"x30" = $1,500.00 (ask first for character limit)

I reserve the right to turn down any commission work that is unreasonable and I'm not comfortable doing. Prices of commission work are subject to change. I retain all rights, including reproduction rights to commission artworks. You are not purchasing any reproduction rights to commission artworks, only the original commission artworks.
